Key Responsibilities: • Perform cold calling to generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline. • Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales. • Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to final order delivery. • Follow up on pending orders, ensuring timely processing and addressing any issues proactively. • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships and handling queries efficiently. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. • Update CRM systems regularly with customer interactions and sales progress. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and services. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in manufacturing). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a territory. • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred: • Experience in steel industry if possible • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
