AGECO House – Central India’s leading electrical trading house with 33 years of industry experience – is expanding its industrial sales & distribution team.

We are looking for a dynamic, educated, motivated and result-oriented Salesperson who wants to grow along with the company.

📍 Job Profile

Industrial Sales Executive – Field Sales

The candidate will be responsible for daily visits to Pithampur, Sagar Road and other major industrial areas and developing business across multiple industrial segments.

🔌 Our Product Segments

We deal in multiple premium brands and product categories, including:

• Electricals & Industrial Electrical Products

• Lighting Solutions

• Switchgear – Schneider & other premium brands

• CNC & Industrial Automation Solutions

• Cables, Wires & Industrial Products

• Oil / Industrial requirements

• Multiple premium brands as authorised resellers/distributors

🎯 Key Responsibility:

Develop AGECO House’s industrial distribution network, identify new customers, generate enquiries, develop relationships with industries, follow up on quotations and convert business.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales / sales fraternity

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel daily in industrial areas

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic technical understanding of electrical/industrial products preferred

• Educated and professional candidates only

• Must have a strong desire to build a long-term career with the company

📋 Employment Terms

• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• Working: 6 days a week

• Sunday: Weekly off

• Conveyance: ₹3 per kilometre, in addition to salary

• Company Mobile SIM: Provided

• Additional employee benefits after completion of 1 year, as per company policy

• Minimum 2-year employment bond
