🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive with strong experience in fintech and digital payments, especially from companies like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Pine Labs, or similar. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants, promoting Amazon Pay services, and managing field sales activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Merchant acquisition for Amazon Pay QR, Soundbox, EDC, and other payment solutions

• Generate leads and convert merchants through field visits

• Promote Amazon Pay services, offers, and benefits to retailers

• Maintain good relationships with merchants and ensure active usage

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Collect KYC documents and complete merchant onboarding

• Monitor competition and market activities

• Provide regular reports on sales performance

🔹 Required Experience

• Experience in fintech / merchant onboarding / digital payments

• Background in Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Pine Labs, BharatPe, etc.

• Experience in credit card sales, loan sales, field sales, or marketing

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Ability to work in the field and meet targets

🔹 Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 1+ year field sales experience (mandatory)

• Own smartphone & two-wheeler (preferred)
