Roles & Responsibilities

Visit auto stands, taxi stands, metro stations, business hubs, and other key locations to onboard driver partners.
Explain Bozzo's features, benefits, subscription plans, and referral programs to drivers.
Generate new driver leads and maintain strong relationships with driver partners.
Assist drivers with registration, KYC, document verification, and app installation.
Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights (Uber, Ola, Rapido, etc.).
Submit daily activity and onboarding reports to the reporting manager.
Represent Bozzo professionally in the field and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with new people.
Comfortable with field work and travelling within Hyderabad.
