Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Meet clients at project sites and provide detailed information about property features and investment potential.
Develop in-depth knowledge of real estate projects in the market (especially those promoted by Invest Mango).
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with clients until closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure future business and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals in coordination with the sales team and developers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
Work closely with the marketing and telecalling teams to convert leads into clients.
