Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 1-5 years of experience in handling luxury real estate projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in the premium property segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure for luxury residential or commercial projects.
Identify potential clients and investors and build strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure seamless communication.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to senior management.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements:
1-5years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate projects in Gurgaon.
Strong network of HNI clients and real estate investors is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
