Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, promoting company products/services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers and generate new sales leads.
Promote and sell the company's products/services.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of field sales experience (preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively.
