About the Role

Battery Smart is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote its battery-swapping services for electric two-wheelers. The role involves generating leads, meeting customers in the field, and onboarding new users to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned areas to generate new leads for electric two-wheelers.

Meet e-rickshaw/two-wheeler owners, riders, dealers, and local partners.

Explain Battery Smart's battery-swapping services and benefits.

Convert leads into customer registrations and successful onboardings.

Generate a minimum of 10+ genuine leads daily.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain daily field activity reports and update lead status.

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Must own a bike/two-wheeler.

Android smartphone is mandatory.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹24,000 CTC

Incentives: ₹600–₹1,000 per successful sale/onboarding
