Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive

for Solar Rooftop Projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting

customer sites, explaining solar solutions, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Visit customer locations and generate new business opportunities

 Explain rooftop solar systems, subsidy benefits, and project details to customers

 Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical team

 Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

 Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners

 Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth

 Maintain customer database and daily sales reports

 Coordinate documentation and project process with back office team

 Attend exhibitions, marketing activities, and promotional events

 Provide excellent customer service before and after sales

Requirements:
 Minimum Qualification: Graduate

 Experience in sales, marketing, or field work preferred

 Good communication and convincing skills

 Basic knowledge of solar industry is an advantage

 Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

 Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Salary & Benefits:
 Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month

Working Details:
 Monday to Saturday

 Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
