Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions including ERP systems, web development services, mobile applications (Android & iOS), and industry-specific software such as business management, café management, and pharma solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking

• Promote company services including ERP software, websites, and mobile apps

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions

• Conduct product presentations and demos for clients

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and delivery

• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of software services (ERP, websites, mobile apps)

• Ability to handle clients and close deals

• Good presentation and convincing skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT/software sales

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or industry-specific software (Pharma, Retail, Café)

• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
