For sales:
Roles & Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities through channel partners and dealership networks.
* Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners to maximize revenue.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring healthy market coverage.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, deliveries, and after-sales support.
* Represent the company professionally and contribute to expanding the brand's presence in the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* 3–4 years of experience in B2B or channel sales.
* Experience in the EV industry or a related sector (automotive, batteries, mobility, industrial products, etc.) is preferred.
* Hands-on experience working with channel partners, distributors, or dealership networks.
* Strong negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
