Identify and approach potential doctors and clinics in assigned territory.
Pitch DRx PMS (Practice Management System) and onboard doctors through in-person meetings and demos.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure active usage of the platform post-onboarding; provide necessary training and support.
Conduct regular follow-ups and build strong, long-term relationships with doctors.
Capture feedback, relay market insights, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the offering.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, onboarding status, and transactions using CRM tools.
Minimize churn by engaging with portfolio doctors and addressing concerns proactively.
1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in health tech, SaaS, pharma, or FMCG.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Comfortable with frequent local travel within Hyderabad.
Knowledge of healthcare, clinics, or medical practice operations is a plus.
Basic proficiency in English and fluency in Telugu.
