Field Sales Executive

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

1. Min graduate in any steam

2. Age- 21 yrs-28 years

3. Work Experience 0-3 years.

4. Should not have any relatives working in same Bank or in any program affiliated with the Bank.

5. Should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law.

6. Should have valid DL and Two-wheeler

7. Should be staying within 10km radius of the allocated Branch.

8. Should have PAN card, Adhaar Card

Job Description:

1. To Acquire New to Bank Liability Relationships (Current Accounts / Saving Accounts /Deposits) and strengthen these relationships through highest levels of service quality.

2. Build a database of customer leads through references, opening stalls in areas where there are a higher number of footfalls – like apartment complexes, shopping areas etc., door to door visits, distribution of pamphlets etc.

3. The applicant should have been in a field sales role (he/she should be meeting customers in person daily to explain about products / follow-up on previous meetings / courtesy calls with existing customers to explore additional client relationship strengthening opportunities). He/she should be presentable and should be able to articulate clearly.

Fresher's(0-9months) Candidates will be evaluated based on Pre-Assessment (Aptitude) test.

On clearing same as per Axis Bank cut off, candidates must undergo 6 days Training module completing 48 hours of training followed by online functional assessment conducted by Axis Bank.

Post passing the same, candidates will be issued an offer letter by Regional TA team and successfully onboarded in nearest branch as per available gaps for Liability Sales team.
