We are looking for Field Sales Executives responsible for onboarding MSMEs and small retail businesses for an egocentric video data collection project (MetaVision App).
The role involves on-ground visits, relationship building, business onboarding, and activation of partners to start production.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Field Outreach & Onboarding
Visit 20 commercial locations per day (MSMEs, retail shops, industrial units)
Pitch the project and onboard business owners
Build trust and explain benefits + process clearly
🔹 Conversion & ActivationConvert leads into onboarded partners
Get Letter of Intent (LOI) signed from business owners
Ensure MetaVision (Awign App) is installed on workforces device
Guide partners to start initial production (video collection)
🔹 Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded businesses
Address concerns related to:ProcessPaymentRecording🔹 Data & ReportingCapture accurate field data:Business detailsOwner contactLocation proofUpdate daily progress in tracking systemsMaintain pipeline:Visited → Interested → Hot Lead → Onboarded🔹 Payment EnablementInform partners:
Initial payout processed within 24 hours after 2 days of production
Ensure smooth first production cycle completion
