Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the water and wastewater treatment sector. You will network with MEP consultants, architects, builders, and contractors to secure project specifications and generate high-quality leads through regular site visits. [1]

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities through consistent field visits.

• Consultant Mapping: Meet MEP consultants and architects to get our systems specified in their project designs.

• Builder Engagement: Visit construction sites and builder offices to pitch water treatment solutions.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term networks with key stakeholders, contractors, and project managers.

• Technical Pitching: Present technical presentations on water filtration, STP, ETP, and RO systems.

• Market Intelligence: Track upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the region. [1]

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in Water & Wastewater Treatment.

• Network: Existing, strong relationships with local MEP consultants, architects, and real estate builders.

• Skills: Strong technical understanding of STP, ETP, RO, and water softeners.

• Traits: Excellent communication, negotiation, and field-mapping skills.

• Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle for daily site and client visits
