About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive enquiries, generate leads, conduct venue visits, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings for Namaste Dwaar.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and enquiries through various channels.

• Understand customer requirements and explain available packages, pricing, facilities, and services.

• Conduct property/venue visits for prospective customers.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within approved guidelines.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.

• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Accounts, and other teams for smooth event execution.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure proper documentation and advance-payment follow-up.

• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Hospitality, Event Sales, Banquet Sales, or Event Planning preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Customer-oriented and professional approach.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

• Presentable personality with confident communication.

• Knowledge of the local market and customer network will be an advantage.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Number of new enquiries generated.

• Lead-to-booking conversion ratio.

• Monthly booking target achievement.

• Revenue generated.

• Customer follow-up effectiveness.

• Venue visit-to-booking conversion.

• Customer satisfaction.
