Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard scrap dealers, aggregators, traders, and suppliers.

• Conduct daily field visits for lead generation and supplier acquisition.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.

• Explain Metal Mandi's services, pricing, and business model.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor local scrap market trends and competitor activities.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

• Experience in Scrap, Metal, Recycling, Logistics, FMCG, Telecom, or Distribution Sales is preferred.

• Comfortable with extensive local travel.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
