Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, helping drive sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting post-sale services for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients’ real estate needs and provide property recommendations accordingly.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications before, during, and after the sale.
Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and CRM tools.
Follow up on leads generated through conferences and walk-ins.
Coordinate property site visits and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
Ensure timely follow-up on payments, documentation, and queries.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to facilitate smooth registration and handover.
Provide regular feedback to the marketing and sales team for improving strategies.
Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on client activities and sales performance.
