Merchant Acquisition & Field Sales Executive

Muffin Finance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Merchant Acquisition & Field Sales Executives to expand our merchant network and promote digital payment solutions. The role involves on-ground field sales, onboarding merchants, and driving adoption of fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new merchants in assigned territories

• Promote and sell digital payment solutions and financial products

• Educate merchants about features, benefits, and usage of payment platforms

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets

• Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants

• Conduct field visits and ensure smooth merchant activation

• Report daily activities and sales performance to the supervisor

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, or similar fintech/payment companies

• Experience in merchant onboarding / field sales / merchant acquisition

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work in the field and meet targets

• Basic understanding of digital payments and QR-based transactions

• Local area knowledge of Delhi is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Comfortable with field work and merchant interactions

• Prior fintech or BFSI field sales experience preferred
