We are looking for a Sales Executive (western line) to join our team ARIRO INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary Between (20k - 35k) + other benefit and prospects of growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits.

• Meet prospective customers to present company products/services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Convert leads into successful business deals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.

3. Product Presentation & Demonstration

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.

• Provide accurate information regarding company offerings.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.

• Share market feedback with management.

5. Order Processing & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery.

• Ensure timely completion of sales documentation.

• Track customer orders and resolve any issues.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.

• Update CRM/software with customer interactions and sales data.

• Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

7. Collection & Payment Follow-up

• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.

Follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments.

Qualification

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12Pass and above and Fresher to 3 years of sales experience preferred. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
