Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in opening Kotak 811 Savings Accounts.

• Generate leads through field activities and local market visits.

• Explain account features and guide customers through the digital account opening process.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide basic support.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

• Good communication skills

• Smartphone mandatory

• Willing to work in the field

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom sales, merchant acquisition or field sales is preferred.
