Job Title: Sales Executive – New Business Development

About Us

We are an authorized dealership for Canon and other leading printer brands, with over 26+ years in the business of selling and servicing printers and copiers for offices, schools, hospitals, and institutions across Karnataka. As we grow, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us reach more businesses and build new customer relationships.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and providing tailored printing solutions to meet their specific needs. With a strong understanding of our products and services, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and expertise to help them optimize their printing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and reach out to new businesses that could use our printers and copiers.

· Meet clients, understand their needs, and recommend the right machine or service plan.

· Run product demos and show clients how our machines and service plans work for them.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate, close sales, and take responsibility for payment collections.

· Maintain and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term retention.

· Work closely with our service team so new customers get a smooth installation and ongoing support.

· This role requires extensive travel — expect to spend more than 50% of your time on the road, meeting clients and prospects.

What We're Looking For

· 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally B2B.

· Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience with a dealer or distributor business is a plus.

· Confident meeting new people and comfortable with rejection — this is a hunting role, and we want someone who enjoys it.

· Organized, with strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage your own time.

· Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic tools like Excel.

· Experience with government tender portals (GeM) is a plus.

· Two-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driving license — this role involves regular travel.

Compensation

Your salary has two parts: a fixed monthly amount, plus incentive for meeting your quarterly sales targets — the more you sell, the more you take home.
