Position 1: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Education Required: 12th Pass

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Profile: • Merchant onboarding and customer acquisition
• Promote Airtel Payments Bank products and services
• Field sales and market visits
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with merchants and customers

Position 2: Team Leader (TL)

Education Required: Graduation is mandatory

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months experience in a Fintech company

Eligibility: Candidate must have a team or should be able to manage an existing team

Job Profile: • Manage and lead the FSE team
• Monitor team productivity and performance
• Support team members in target achievement
• Conduct field visits and training sessions
• Ensure business growth in assigned locations
