Job Opening: Field Sales Executive
We is hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to generate leads and convert customers for our interior design and modular furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial prospects to generate business opportunities.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, property dealers, and homeowners.
- Conduct client meetings and explain the company's interior solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design team for customer requirements and project closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities.
Requirements
- Prior field sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Flexible Weekly Off and Timings per the meetings
