Job Opening: Field Sales Executive

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, calibre and interview performance
Job Summary
Fabcot India Clothing LLP is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to develop business and strengthen the company's market presence across Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
The role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting prospective and existing customers, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective customers, retailers, dealers, distributors and other potential business partners.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and expand the company's customer network across the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Present and promote the company's clothing/product range effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Follow up for orders, payments and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of client visits, leads and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, garments, textiles, clothing, retail distribution or related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and an existing retailer/dealer network will have an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travelling and field visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in approaching new customers.
- Candidates should be willing to travel across their assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience selling garments, fabrics, apparel, fashion products or textile-related products through dealers, retailers, wholesalers or distributors will be highly preferred.
