Job Description

AV Labels Solution is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through regular field visits.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

- Meet existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements.

- Present and explain the company's products and solutions effectively.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

- Follow up for orders, payments, and customer requirements.

- Maintain daily sales visit and lead follow-up records.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in B2B / industrial / printing / packaging / labels sales will be preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field work.

- Must own a personal two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Candidates familiar with industrial areas of Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi NCR will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month based on experience and suitability.
