Job Role
Royal Homz Innteriio is looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Executive who can generate business by building relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders and other potential clients.
The candidate should have a good understanding of plywood, laminates, modular furniture and related materials and be confident in presenting modular kitchen, wardrobe and customized furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and prospective clients to generate new business.
- Pitch the company's range of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes and Customized Modular Furniture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and other referral partners.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities in the market.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Explain materials, finishes, plywood options, designs and product specifications to clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up on leads and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal design/production team for quotations and client requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in field sales/business development is preferred.
- Knowledge of plywood, laminates, modular furniture or interior products is important.
- Candidates from plywood, furniture, modular kitchen, wardrobes, interior, hardware or related industries will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable approaching and networking with architects and interior designers.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to independently generate business.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives
