Field Sales Executive – Car Loan Finance
Department: Used Car Loan Finance
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Used Car Loan Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through field visits, car dealers, customer references, and other lead sources. The role involves customer interaction, explaining car loan products, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating for loan processing, and ensuring successful login to disbursement conversion.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with field work, and have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and car dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for used/new car loan finance through field visits, dealer references, customer references, and other sources.
- Visit car dealers, showrooms, and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify required customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal Credit/Operations teams for smooth file processing.
- Follow up regularly on leads, login files, approvals, and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with car dealers and customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of leads and sales activities in the company system.
- Achieve assigned monthly login and disbursement targets.
- Focus on converting qualified leads into successful loan disbursements.
Required Skills
