Field Sales Executive – Sintex Water Tanks & Water Pipes

About Us

Alpha Enterprises is an authorized dealer of Sintex Water Tanks and Water Pipes, serving residential, commercial, industrial, and construction customers across Chennai and surrounding areas. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and build strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits and direct customer interactions.

• Visit builders, contractors, plumbers, hardware stores, dealers, distributors, and construction sites to promote Sintex Water Tanks and Water Pipes.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, architects, and project customers.

• Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into orders.

• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales.

• Coordinate with the office and logistics team for timely order execution and delivery.

• Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.

• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.

• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), visit reports, and market updates.

Eligibility

• Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Building Materials, Pipes, Water Tanks, Hardware, Construction Materials, Cement, Steel, Paints, Sanitary Products, or related industries.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to work in field sales can also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good relationship-building and customer handling ability.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.

• Knowledge of dealer and distributor sales is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby areas.

• Basic English and Tamil communication is mandatory.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Candidates residing near Tambaram, Irumbuliyur, Perungalathur, Mudichur, Chromepet, Selaiyur, Camp Road, Vandalur, Guduvanchery, or surrounding areas are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
