Job Description – Sales Executive – UPVC Doors & Windows

Position: Sales Executive – UPVC Doors & Windows
Location: SSR LAYOUT SURYA CITY PHASE 3, 100 FT ROAD, Attibele
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant field sales
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for UPVC doors and windows.

• Visit residential, commercial, construction and project sites to generate sales.

• Meet customers, builders, contractors, architects and other potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable UPVC products.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and convert leads into orders.

• Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the measurement, production and installation teams for smooth order execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to the management.

• Develop new market areas and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant field sales experience is mandatory.

• Experience in UPVC doors/windows, building materials, construction products or related industries will be preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
