Job Title: Field Sales Executive – UPVC Doors & Windows

Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives + TA

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPVC Doors & Windows in Bangalore and surrounding areas. The candidate should be fluent in Kannada and capable of generating business through builders, contractors, architects, fabricators, dealers, and direct customers. Experience in building materials, construction products, or UPVC industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Visit builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and construction sites regularly.

• Generate enquiries and convert leads into sales orders.

• Promote UPVC doors and windows to residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and ongoing projects.

• Coordinate with the operations team for measurements, production, and installation schedules.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience.

• Experience in UPVC, aluminium, construction materials, hardware, or related products preferred.

• Must be fluent in Kannada (Tamil and English knowledge is an added advantage).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby regions.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication. (Apna)
