Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell uPVC doors & windows and PVC/CPVC pipes in and around Attibele. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling field sales activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

• Promote and sell uPVC doors, windows, and PVC/CPVC pipe products

• Visit construction sites, dealers, builders, and contractors regularly

• Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred

• Proven experience in field sales (preferably in building materials)

• Freshers with a strong interest in sales can also apply

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Should be residing within 10 km of Attibele

• Must be an immediate joiner

Language Requirements:

• Kannada and English – Mandatory

• Hindi and other regional languages – Preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good market knowledge and networking ability

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile reporting

Salary:

₹19,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
