Conduct field visits to farmers, retailers, and distributors in assigned areas
Promote and sell agriculture products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or related inputs)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information
Maintain daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager
Support product demonstrations and farmer meetings when required
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (agriculture sales preferred)
Basic understanding of agricultural products and local farming practices
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting (preferred)
Local candidate from Bulandshahr or nearby areas
Experience in agri-input sales, fertilizer, seed, or pesticide companies
Self-motivated with strong field execution skills
Fixed monthly salary
Travel allowance of ₹5,000 per month
