## Job Locations

Kolkata, Howrah, North 24 Parganas, Hooghly, West Midnapore, Bankura, Birbhum, Nadia, Purulia and Bardhaman.

## Salary

Freshers:

CTC: Rs. 19,000 per month

Approx. In-Hand: Rs. 16,000 per month

Experienced Candidates:

CTC: Rs. 20,000–28,000 per month

Approx. In-Hand: Rs. 17,000–24,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Rs. 10,000–25,000+ per month, subject to performance and applicable company policies.

## Job Responsibilities

• Open salary accounts for MNC and corporate clients.

• Acquire new merchants and complete the required KYC process.

• Promote and sell financial and digital payment products.

• Generate leads and convert them into customers.

• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

## Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in field sales, banking, fintech, digital payments, merchant acquisition or financial product sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.

• Ability to achieve assigned targets.

## Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
