Job Overview
Adarsh Electricals is hiring a Field Sales Executive to visit dealers/retailers, generate orders, expand market reach, and build strong relationships for electrical appliances. The role involves extensive local + outstation travel, daily reporting, and monthly projections.
Key Responsibilities
Visit market/dealers/retailers regularly to sell electrical appliances and generate orders
Develop new dealers and strengthen existing dealer relationships
Execute field sales activities across assigned territories (Punjab/Haryana/Himachal/Chandigarh)
Maintain follow-ups for inquiries, quotations, and order closures
Share Daily Sales Report (visits, leads, orders, payments follow-up, market feedback)
Submit Monthly Summary Report (sales achieved vs target, dealer performance, territory insights)
Submit Next Month Projection Report (expected orders, pipeline, plan for visits, targets)
Coordinate with factory/office team for dispatch, availability, pricing, and after-sales support
Track competitors and provide market intelligence (pricing, schemes, demand trends)
Travel & Work Routine
Daily work flow generally includes:
Owner’s House → Factory/Office → Market/Dealer Visits → Factory/Office → Owner’s House
(Actual schedule may vary based on field plans and territory travel.)
Requirements
Must know how to ride: Bike/Scooter/Two-wheeler
Must have own two-wheeler (bike/scooter)
Must also know how to drive a car
Must hold a valid driving license (two-wheeler + car preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab/Haryana/Himachal/Chandigarh
Basic ability to use WhatsApp/Phone/Excel or simple reporting formats for daily updates
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, target-focused, and disciplined with reporting
Salary, TA/DA & Incentives

Experience in field sales (electrical appliances / FMCG / consumer durables / B2B dealer sales)
