Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Auction & Property Disposal)

Location: Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Coverage Area: Rail Vihar, Sadullabad Village & all areas across Loni

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for Field Sales Executives to handle the sale and disposal of auctioned and distressed properties across Loni, Ghaziabad. The role involves field visits, property promotion, finding genuine buyers, conducting site visits, and supporting the complete sales/disposal process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for auction and disposal properties through field sales.

- Cover Rail Vihar, Sadullabad Village and surrounding areas across Loni.

- Identify and approach potential property buyers and investors.

- Conduct property/site visits with interested customers.

- Explain property details, location, pricing, auction status and available documentation.

- Coordinate with buyers throughout the enquiry and negotiation process.

- Generate regular enquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful transactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams, property owners/authorized representatives and other stakeholders.

- Assist customers with the property auction/disposal process and required documentation.

- Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, follow-ups and conversions.

- Achieve monthly sales and property-disposal targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, real estate, property sales, banking, collections or related fields preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

- Good knowledge of Loni/Ghaziabad local areas will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and customer meetings.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
