Job Details:

Designation: Retail Field Sales Executive/Sr. Executive

CTC: Rs. 4,20,000 per annum (maximum) + insurance and other benefits, attractive Incentives apart from salary

Job Description:

Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area

Attend all inquiry calls within TAT

Generate own leads through door-to-door activity and cold calls

Submit daily call reports to reporting manager

Conduct weekly BTL activities (kiosk, leafleting, brochure distribution)

Participate in on-ground activities to counter competition

Maximize capacity utilization from low-utilized elements

Eligibility Criteria:

SSC (min.), Inter, Graduation or equivalent degree (essential for experienced professionals)

6 months to 8 years sales experience (any industry)

Age: Maximum 37 years (good health and capable of performing daily activities)

Passion for sales

Good communication skills (Telugu or Hindi)

Experience with door-to-door activities

Bike/Original Driving License or Learning License (compulsory)

Mandatory Documents:

Driving License or Learning License

Aadhar with full Date of Birth

PAN Card

Educational Documents (higher to lower).
