Job Summary

ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO) is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to support our sales team in expanding our market presence across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment or textile sales, be willing to travel, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and dealers to promote LESPARO products.

• Assist the Sales Executive in developing new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Collect orders and coordinate with the office for timely dispatch.

• Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and business opportunities.

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Support product displays, promotional activities, and customer meetings.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

• 1–3 years of experience in garment, textile, FMCG, or retail sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
