Field Sales Executive

Field Boy / Field Executive – Purchase Department

The Field Boy will support the purchase department by handling outdoor tasks such as collecting quotations, visiting vendors, delivering documents, etc. along with ensuring timely procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets/vendors to collect quotations and materials

Assist in purchasing items as per company requirements

Deliver and collect documents, samples, and purchase orders

Coordinate with vendors for order status and deliveries

Maintain records of purchases and bills

Ensure timely submission of bills and receipts to the office

Support the purchase team in day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

Basic knowledge of local market and routes

Good communication skills

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

Skills:

Time management

Basic documentation handling

Vendor coordination

Salary:

As per company norms & Experience
