Educational Qualification ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration(Sales, Marketing) or a related field. ● Bachelor's Degree / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field (preferred) ●
Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region are non-negotiable. Skills ● Strong B2B sales and customer acquisition skills with the ability to identify potential industrial customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed business opportunities. ● Good understanding of industrial products, packaging solutions, and manufacturing-based sales processes to effectively communicate product value to customers. ● Ability to prepare professional quotations, understand customer requirements, and support commercial negotiations to close orders successfully. ● Strong relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships with distributors, manufacturers, and bulk buyers. ● Market awareness and analytical ability to track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand patterns. ● Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems to maintain sales pipelines, customer databases, and MIS reports. ● Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to represent the company professionally in customer meetings and business discussions. Experience ● 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or industrial products. ● Exposure to handling industrial customers such as manufacturers, distributors, or bulk buyers is preferred. ● Experience in managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation preparation, negotiation, and order closure, will be an advantage. ● Prior experience in coordinating with internal teams (production, dispatch, and accounts) for order execution and payment follow-ups is desirable.
