BioFrost is a fast-growing FMCG brand specializing in 100% natural, cold therapy-based pain relief products (Spray, Gel & Roll-On). We work closely with physiotherapists, sports clinics, and healthcare professionals to bring modern, chemical-free recovery solutions to the market.

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell BioFrost products directly to physiotherapists, rehabilitation centers, and related healthcare professionals. The role involves creating awareness, building relationships, and driving product adoption in the physiotherapy segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit physiotherapy clinics, sports injury centers, and rehab facilities to introduce and demonstrate BioFrost products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapists and clinic decision-makers.

• Conduct product sampling, demonstrations, and educational sessions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity to the sales manager.

• Gather market intelligence and share feedback for marketing and product improvements.

• Ensure visibility of the brand through point-of-sale materials and in-clinic branding.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare preferred (Fresher’s with strong communication skills may apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools is an advantage.
