Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our presence in the banking and insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in banking and insurance products

Conduct field sales activities, client visits, and market surveys in assigned areas

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and channel associates

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Promote company products through effective presentations and negotiations

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in banking or insurance

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is a plus)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Good knowledge of local market (New Delhi & nearby areas)

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
