Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories
Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote products/services
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
