Summary:

This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying untapped market opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the company’s market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently achieving and surpassing performance targets through strategic lead generation, effective customer engagement, and meticulous CRM management. By maintaining accurate records, proactively reaching out to prospects, and leveraging a strong understanding of the market, the Market Growth Representative will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and expanding market presence. The position is suitable for freshers and early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in sales and market development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess new market segments, emerging business opportunities, and potential customer bases.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

• Proactively reach out to prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and alignment with company offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts with a 6-day workweek and 1 rotation week off.

Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 + Travel Allowance (TA)

• In-hand: ₹11,700

• Lucrative performance-based incentives

• Absorption after 1 year on performance basis.

• Travel allowance up to ₹2000-₹5000 per month based on profile.
