🎯 Role Overview:

Steps N Storeyz is looking for dedicated and energetic Field Staff to support our real estate operations in and around Tindivanam. The role involves frequent land visits, verification, and on-ground coordination. The candidate must be locally available and ready to visit sites whenever required.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Visit land sites in and around Tindivanam for verification, inspection, and documentation

Be available to travel to site locations whenever required

Coordinate with internal teams regarding site status and updates

Assist in land-related surveys and field activities

Collect and report accurate field information to the office team

Ensure compliance with company guidelines during site visits

Support sales and operations teams during project-related field work

✅ Job Requirements:

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 1–2 years (Field / Real Estate experience preferred)

Must be residing in Tindivanam

Willingness to do field work (mandatory)

Ability to visit land sites on short notice

Basic communication skills (Tamil required, English preferred)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: ₹5,000+ (performance-based)
