💰 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

• Incentives: Uncapped Performance Incentives (Earn extra on every deal closed!)

• Allowances: Daily Travel & Fuel Allowances provided

💼 Job Responsibilities

• On-Field Sales: Meet clients face-to-face, pitch services/products, and close business deals.

• Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and set up B2B or B2C meetings.

• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Reporting: Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report directly to the Sales Manager.

🌟 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven on-field sales experience is mandatory.

• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

• Attributes: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with traveling daily.
