A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by meeting clients face-to-face in their territory, identifying new business, demonstrating products, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships to hit sales targets, requiring travel, excellent communication, negotiation, and self-motivation. Key responsibilities include prospecting, presenting, closing sales, managing client accounts, providing reports, and staying updated on market trends. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific territory.

• Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations directly with customers.

• Sales Execution: Close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve/exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

• Reporting & Strategy: Provide sales forecasts, report activities, and help develop sales strategies.

• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities and stay informed on industry trends.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent time management.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
