Marixn Technologies is looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in identifying new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into successful deals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through cold calling, client meetings, door-to-door visits, and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Identify potential customers and develop tailored sales strategies.

• Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.

• Support the expansion of our client base through lead generation and follow-ups.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Minimum qualification – 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0–5 years in field sales, telesales, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with various sales techniques and ability to adapt based on client needs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with using smartphones, sales apps, and basic computer tools.

• A self-motivated team player with a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and outreach.
