Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Visit & Escalation Handling
Visit existing client locations in case of Deployment, service-related.
Resolve caretaker-related service issues effectively.
Coordinate between clients and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
2. Client Feedback Collection
Conduct periodic client visits to collect feedback.
Monitor service quality standards.
Report improvement areas and insights to management.
3. CRM Management
Maintain accurate caretaker records in CRM applications.
Update deployment status, feedback, escalations, and follow-ups regularly.
4. Nurse & Caregiver Hiring
Visit colleges, nursing institutes, and training centers to recruit nurses and caretakers.
Conduct field-level sourcing, screening, and initial interviews of candidates.
Explain job responsibilities, company policies, and app onboarding process.
5. Caretaker App Onboarding
Promote and onboard caregivers onto the Helpee Hands Caretaker App.
Provide training and support for app usage.
Ensure proper documentation and complete profile registration.
6. Offline Marketing & Lead Generation
Conduct offline marketing activities to attract caregivers.
Build and maintain a strong local database of nurses and caretakers.
Develop relationships with institutions and community contacts
