Job Brief / Role Summary:

Divyayush Agritech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Liaison Officer for our operations based in

Tonk district (Chousla, Malpura), Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our

polyhouse/greenhouse setup, local farmers, and district government offices (Horticulture Department, Zila

Parishad, and Zila Udyog Kendra).

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Government Liaison: Regularly visit government offices in Tonk and Jaipur (such as the Office of the

Deputy Director of Horticulture, Joint Director Agriculture at Kali Paltan, and Zila Udyog Kendra) to push file

approvals.

• Subsidy Assistance: Coordinate and assist in filing documentation for National Horticulture Board (NHB)

and Rajasthan State Horticulture schemes for greenhouse/polyhouse clients.

• On-Ground Coordination: Act as the primary on-field touchpoint for local farmers, resolving structural,

land-clearance (CLU), water, and electricity connection disputes smoothly.

• Vendor & Factory Support: Help the factory administration in Chousla with local external compliance,

localized purchasing tracking, and logistics coordination when required.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed daily logs of department visits, file movement status, and

submit field reports directly to the core management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc. Agriculture or related fields will be heavily preferred).

• Experience: Prior experience working with Rajasthan government departments, state subsidies, or

agricultural ground operations.

• Local Geographic Knowledge: Must belong to or be highly familiar with the Tonk, Malpura, Todaraisingh,

or Jaipur region.

• Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and local Rajasthani dialects to

build quick trust with farmers and officials.

• Mandatory Assets: Personal Android smartphone, an active WhatsApp connection, a personal

two-wheeler, and a valid permanent driving license.
